MES Central School, Tirur, organized a colourful programme to bring the excitement of the FIFA World Cup to its students. The school campus came alive as students dressed in jerseys of different national football teams, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a World Cup venue. During a special assembly, Principal V. P. Madhusoodanan displayed an official FIFA football and addressed the students about the history of world football and the values promoted through sports. A football rally, in which students carried the flags and placards of various participating nations, added to the festive spirit of the event. The programme aimed to nurture students' interest in sports and promote values such as teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Active participation from both students and teachers made the event a memorable and vibrant celebration of the world's most popular sport.
