Fruits Day Celebration at MES Central School Tirur Pre-Primary Montessori Section
On July 11, 2024, the Pre-Primary section of MES Central School, Tirur, hosted a delightful Fruits Day celebration. The school assembly was abuzz with engaging and educational performances by the students.
The children had the opportunity to slice and dice a variety of fruits to create colorful fruit salads, complemented by custard. Additionally, they had the chance to observe the art of fruit carving and express their creativity by coloring fruits on activity sheets.
Our students enjoyed munching on fruit salad. We were astonished to see some of our picky eaters enjoying it as well. There was a video presentation of cultivation of different fruits, their harvesting and transportation from the fields to the market which was very informative for the children. The event also aimed to raise awareness about the significance of incorporating fruits into our daily diet.
