Environment Day

As part of the observance of World Environment Day, the school conducted a special morning assembly on 5th June, with the aim of creating awareness about environmental protection and sustainable living among students. The assembly began on a solemn and meaningful note, reminding everyone of their responsibility towards nature. One of the key highlights of the programme was the distribution of saplings by the school authorities, symbolising the school’s commitment to nurturing a greener and healthier future. The students received the saplings with great enthusiasm, pledging to care for them as a step towards environmental conservation. This was followed by a melodious Environment Day song presented by the school choir. The song beautifully conveyed the message of love for nature and the urgent need to protect our planet, leaving a lasting impression on the audience. The programme was further enriched by an inspiring message delivered by the School Vice Principal, Mr. Benny P. T. In his address, he emphasized the importance of protecting the environment in our daily lives and encouraged students to adopt eco-friendly habits. His words motivated everyone to become responsible citizens who actively contribute to the preservation of nature. The assembly concluded on a hopeful and reflective note, reinforcing the idea that even small actions can bring about significant change.
