Yoga and Education
Education is a broad term as comprehensive as yoga. Education is a process of growth and development and yoga means “Integration of Personality at all possible levels”. Modern educational system seems to fail in the integrated development of body, mind and spirits. Highly educated persons seem to have lost confidence in them .Therefore in the modern age of violence, value education has a great role. Yoga encompasses all areas of ‘value education’. The psychological approach is through the practice of Yamas and Niyamas, while physiological approach is through the Asanas and Pranayama.
